Office Policies

We do understand that unforeseeable events including emergency may arise. Although, we reserve the time period solely for the patient scheduled and would like to be informed at least 2 business days in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When making an appointment over the phone, please keep your schedule information in a place where you will be easily reminded. When making recall appointment, we will provide a recall appointment card. Our patient relations call to confirm an appointment at least one day ahead as well.

We strive to provide the best care possible, and to achieve that, it’s important that you help us to serve you better by making to your appointment on time and being prepared with all the information we may need for your visit.
